If all you needed was more recipes, cooking videos, or nutritional advice, you’d already be cooking more. Instead, fewer Americans are cooking each year, and we’re more lonely and unhealthy than ever. We need a complete reframe of how we look at the issue.

Your Story Is Your Power

Of course we’ll do lots of cooking and you’ll discover your new favorite meals that help you feel great in your body, but… I want to go deeper. To help you understand your inner story.

Why do you want to make this change?
        What are your hopes?

There’s also likely a deeper emotional reason why you’re not already cooking as much as you’d like. Is it guilt, shame, fear, overwhelm, perfectionism, stress about time, or something else?

We’ll take the time to help you understand it all. Your story is the source of your real power. It’s why you’re stuck AND the inspiration you’ll need to make a lasting, life-altering, transformation.

Play, Connection and Health

The deeper I’ve gone into my own journey, the more I’ve realized it all comes back to play, connection, and health.

When we re-root ourselves in those pillars, everything else becomes possible.

What my clients are saying!

When I started working with Kyle as a coach, cooking felt like such a complex challenge for me on so many levels: around the motivation to want to cook for myself, how to cook, and how to meal prep and plan. I felt really paralyzed and frustrated that I didn’t know how to support myself in it.

The thing that was so amazing is he really sat and spent a lot of time understanding my story. Understanding my relationship to food and how it’s evolved throughout my life. Really getting clear on where my barriers were and identifying what needed to shift. After identifying it, he really made the way forward tangible.

Now I get excited about cooking and seeing the progress I’ve made in how I can support myself. I feel really empowered. It makes the shift in what has happened so exciting. It’s turned what used to feel like a burden into play and enjoyment. And it just makes me really happy.

The Classes

I use a holistic approach across many areas with only one goal in mind – to support you however you need to be supported. We’ll work weekly to peel back the layers, and build your skills and confidence.

We’ll create a custom plan—just for you—designed around your needs, skill level, dietary restrictions, and time constraints. At the heart of it all lies a sense of playfulness, compassion, support, and empowerment.

The classes can take many different forms. Some weeks we’ll be cooking together, or talking through a blockage. Others we’ll go on a field trip to visit a local farm or learn how to grocery shop more effectively. We might even reorganize your kitchen or brainstorm ways to use food to build more community.

I offer in-person sessions in the Boulder / Denver area as well as virtual sessions for everyone else.

The Food

Unlock a new lifestyle of enjoying amazing meals that help you feel great in your body without guilt or shame.

My cooking is rooted in the philosophies of Intuitive Eating and the 80/20 Rule, combined with a Mediterranean style diet – whole foods, plant forward, lean meats, and lots of local, organic ingredients with vibrant flavors that pop.

Of course, every body is different and has different needs. I can help support you with whatever dietary needs you have – gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, whole food, paleo, vegan, biohacking, etc…
