This Is A Different Kind Of Cooking Class
Yes, we’ll do lots of cooking. You’ll discover your new favorite meals that help you feel great in your body. Along the way, you’ll build skills, gain confidence, and learn how to save time in the kitchen. Best of all, we’ll do it together, in community, with a sense of playfulness, compassion, and support.
But this is about more than just recipes.
In these classes, we’ll also go deeper. Together, we’ll explore the underlying reasons why you aren’t cooking as much as you’d like and the hopes and goals driving your desire for change. By addressing these common blockages and tapping into your personal motivators, you’ll leave feeling inspired and empowered to start making a lasting, transformational shift.
